Off-payroll working rules for contractors — determines if you're "really" employed.

IR35 (off-payroll working rules) determines whether a contractor working through a Ltd company is "really" an employee for tax. If inside IR35, the engager deducts PAYE; if outside, the contractor pays themselves via salary + dividends.
