Work from wherever in the UK suits. We meet quarterly in London or Manchester. No mandatory office days.
No timesheets, no targets
You're trusted to do good work. We measure outcomes (client satisfaction, accurate filings) not hours billed.
Real client relationships
You own a portfolio of named clients. They get to know you; you get to know their business. No call-centre churn.
Up-to-date tools
Modern stack — FreeAgent, Xero, Notion, Slack. We don't make you fax things or use Sage 50.
Pension + 30 days
5% employer pension match, 30 days holiday + bank holidays, vitality private health, training budget.
CPD funded
ICAEW/ACCA/AAT subscriptions and CPD covered in full. We support qualification progression too.
