Gift Aid
Scheme letting UK charities reclaim 25p per £1 donated by a UK taxpayer.
Gift Aid lets UK charities reclaim 25p of basic-rate tax per £1 donated, at no cost to you. You must be a UK taxpayer paying enough tax to cover the reclaim.
Higher- and additional-rate taxpayers can claim back the difference between basic and their top rate via Self Assessment.
