Entrepreneurs' Relief
Old name for Business Asset Disposal Relief — 14% CGT on qualifying business sales.
Entrepreneurs' Relief was renamed Business Asset Disposal Relief (BADR) in April 2020. It reduces CGT to 14% (rising to 18% from April 2026) on qualifying business or share disposals, capped at £1m lifetime.
