CWF1
HMRC form to register self-employed for Self Assessment + Class 2 NI.
The CWF1 is HMRC's form for registering as a sole trader / self-employed for Self Assessment and Class 2 NI. Submit it within 3 months of starting trading. Most people now register online via gov.uk.
