Common headaches we fix

!You don't know which expenses you can actually claim
!You're paranoid about HMRC penalties or being investigated
!You're not sure when you should switch to a Ltd company
How it works

Three steps. That's it.

No 20-page forms. No "log in to your portal". Just tell us what you need, send the docs, and get on with your day.

1

Tell us about you

60-second form or a quick phone call. We tell you exactly what we need and exactly what it'll cost — fixed.

2

Send the docs

Drop your paperwork into a secure UK-hosted portal. Photos work fine. We chase HMRC for anything missing.

3

We file it

Your accountant prepares the return, walks you through it, and files it. Most jobs done in 24 hours.

Real numbers

Average sole trader saves £600+

On Self Assessment alone, our average sole trader client recovers more in legitimate deductions than they pay us. Mileage at 45p/mile, use-of-home, professional subscriptions, equipment — most people miss at least three of these.

Honest answers

You probably want to know

When should I switch to Ltd?
Rough rule: profits above £50k usually save 5–15% by going Ltd via salary + dividend. Below £40k, sole trader is simpler and the tax is similar. We do a free 10-min call to model your specific numbers.
Do I need to register for VAT?
Only if turnover exceeds £90k in any rolling 12-month period. Most sole traders never need to. If you're close, we'll flag it before you cross the line.
I do a side hustle on top of my day job. Worth filing?
If side income exceeds £1,000/year (the trading allowance), you must file. Even below that, filing can be worth it to register losses. £79 is cheap insurance.
