Private Residence Relief
CGT exemption when you sell your main home.
Private Residence Relief (PRR) exempts your main home from Capital Gains Tax. Period of occupation as main residence is exempt; final 9 months always exempt regardless. Multiple homes? Elect within 2 years which is your "main".
